General Returns
- Return Window: Items purchased from Gold Coast Recreations may be returned within 5 days of the purchase date.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and with all original packaging.

- Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Special Considerations for Ammunition
- Safety and Regulations: Due to safety and regulatory concerns, ammunition cannot be returned once it has left our facility.
- Defective Ammunition: If you receive defective ammunition, please contact our customer service immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
- Unopened Ammunition: Unopened ammunition may be returned within 5 days of purchase, subject to our general return policy.
